No. All of the food will be packed cold and heating instructions will be included.
All of the rubs we use on the meats are gluten free. Because of the current Covid-19 situation, we are running a smaller than usual operation will not be making other gluten free options.

For the meats, servings can be 1/4 to 1/2 pound. The meal deals are calculated using 1/3 pound per serving with some leftovers. For the sides, you can figure 3-6 servings per quart and 2-4 servings per pint.
To heat the meats: Pre-heat oven to 350. Put meat in oven safe dish and cover with foil. Bake in oven until internal temperature of meat reaches 165. Depending on quantity of meat, it can take 20-45 minutes. To heat the sides: Pre-heat oven to 350. Put the side into an oven safe dish and cover with foil. Bake in oven until temperature of side is 165. Depending on quantity of side, it can take- 60-75 minutes. Cole Slaw should not be heated. Sauce does not need to be heated, but can be put into a microwave safe dish, covered, and microwaved until desired temperature reached. Microwave for 20 seconds at a time and stir sauce between each time.

Butch (the 'B' of B.S.) has been judging and cooking barbecue for years. In 2019, he was convinced to get a trailer and start selling his barbecue around the area. Shawn (the 'S' of B.S.) has been judging barbecue for years and convinced Butch he should get a trailer and sell barbecue. Long time friends, and now business partners, these guys have been going on the festival and event circuit until the pandemic shut down all events and festivals since mid-March 2020.
